I realize you don’t like it.
I realize you don’t want to do it.
I realize you want to get paid for doing nothing.
I may seem like a bitch.
I may seem mean.
I may make your life hard.
You will become stronger.
You will become a better worker.
You will be a respected adult.
This is my job as your boss and I take it serious. You don’t have to like me or the way I do things, but you do have to learn the way of the real world and not living under your parents and being in school.
